Mission:
A mission statement is a statement for the purpose of a company, organization or person, its reason for existing. The mission statement should guide the actions of the organization, spell out its overall goal, provide a path, and guide decision-making. It is like a goal for what a company wants to do for the world.
Vision:
A vision statement outlines where you want to be which communicates both the purpose and values of your business. The vision statement focuses on the future; it is source of inspiration and motivation. It describes not just the future of the organization but the future of the industry or society in which the organization hopes to effect change.
