Supervisor:
A supervisor is the one on the first line of authority who guides and monitors the performance of the employees as it is being performed as planned or not. A supervisor is responsible for the production activities and actions of employees.
Manager:
Manager is the one who manages or is in charge of a certain tasks. Mostly he makes the decisions on the behalf of the organization. Manager has certain responsibilities like: planning, organizing, directing, staffing and controlling. Managers can be formal or informal.
