Difference between coffee and tea

Coffee:
Coffee is the drink which is made from the plant named Camellia Sinensis. It can be prepared in variety of ways. The benefits of drinking coffee are: reducing the risk of heart disease, insomnia, diabetes 2, dementia, cancer, and stroke and heart problems.
Tea:
Tea is the drink which has been extracted from the coffee plant. Tea is of two types such as black tea and green tea. It was firstly introduced in the 16th century. It is also known to be a medicinal drink.

Process	Coffee berries are hand-picked and then separated, after which the seeds are removed from the berries and then fermented and washed and dried. After this the coffee beans are then roasted and packaged. They can also be grinded to powder form for instant coffee.	Different tea leaves are processed differently. All the different teas are formed from the same plant, which has been harvested at different times. Most leaves go through the process of harvesting drying, fermenting and oxidization.
Advantages/Benefits	Merits of having coffee are: It helps to lose weight. Risk of death becomes low. It reduces the risk of cancer, stroke, and Type II diabetes. It protects the brain. It refreshes the mood and reduces depression.	Advantages of drinking tea are: The amount of caffeine content is less. It reduces the stress and has certain health benefits like reducing heart disease, cancer, etc. The antioxidants contain in the tea cleans the human body.
Disadvantages	Demerits of having coffee are: It contains toxic. The amount of caffeine content is high which leads to the high risk of death. There is a high possibility of causing insomnia and restlessness.	Disadvantages of drinking tea are: The chance of suffering from gastric ulcers is high. It has tannic acid which leads to the problem of iron deficiency and anemia. Drinking too much tea leads to the suffering from different diseases like kidney and liver diseases.
