College:
A college is an educational institution or a constituent part of one. A college may be degree awarding tertiary educational institution, a part of collegiate university, or an instituting offering vocational education. Students must pay for the college before taking classes.
High school:
A high school is a school that provides children with part or all of their secondary education. It may come after primary school or middle school and be followed by higher education or vocational training. The Royal High School was used as the model for the first public high school in the United States, the English High School founded in Boston, Massachusetts in 1821.
