Fat is the three main types of nutrient. The adequate amount of fat in the body helps to prevent from the diseases. There are two types of fats: saturated fat and unsaturated fat and Trans fat. The excessive presence of fat in a body leads to suffer from various types of diseases. It is one of the important sources of energy to perform the various functions.
Oil:
There are mainly two types of oil such as vegetable oil which comes from the extraction of plants and crude oil or petroleum which comes from under the ground. It can be used for various purposes according to its nature. Oil does not dissolve in water but it floats because it has less density than the water. Oils are extracted from the plants such ginger, cinnamon, lemon, jasmine, rose, etc.
