Difference between goal and objective

Goal:
Goal is the aim or the desired outcome which is achieved by any means of necessary. Goals cannot be measured. Goals are long term. It is not tangible.
Objective:
An objective is a result that one aims to achieve with the utilization of available resources and within the time period. Unlike goals, objectives can be measured. Objectives are mid-term and short term. It is tangible as well.
