Growth:
Growth refers to a positive change in size, often over a period of time. Growth can occur as a stage of maturation or process toward fullness or fulfillment. The quantity can be: physical and abtract. It is the increase in some quantity over time.
Development:
Development is a specified state of growth or advancement with a new and advanced product or ideain a changing situation. The systematic use of the scientific and technical knowledge in order to meet requirements is development.
