Plot:
A plot is the events that make up a story, particularly as they relate to one another in a pattern, in a sequence, through cause and effect, how the reader views the story, or simply by coincidence. In other words, a plot is a gist of a story, and composed of casual events, which means a series of linked by “and so”.
Story:
The story is an account imaginary or real people and events told for entertainment. Story development does not equal a better plot. The story is the idea, the general theme, and the loose interpretation of the event in its entirety.
