Team is a group of people with different skills and different tasks who work together on common project, service or goal with a meshing of functions and mutual support. Members participate in decision making affecting the team. Members work in the climate of trust and encouraged openly to express idea, opinions, disagreement and feelings. In team only those who committed to excellence are hired.
Group:
A group can consists of any number of people. People in group interact, engage and identify with each other often at regular or predetermined times and places. The group members shares beliefs, principles and standards about areas of common interest and they come together to work on common tasks for agreed purposes and outcomes. Group is the number of people or things that are located, gathered or classed together.
